Pre-Service Curriculum
At Project 1025, we understand the importance of preparing families for adoption and foster care. We are excited to offer a pre-service curriculum for organizations to utilize as a part of their pre-service training.
This 2-3 hour curriculum is designed to be an additional training module that brings the whole family together to prepare them for adoption and foster care.
During the 2-3 hours, the whole family will learn all together, caregivers will breakout to receive specific training, while children and youth complete activities designed specifically for them, and then the entire family will complete activities to proactively prepare them for the future.
Your organization will receive access to training videos in which Jana describes the impact of adoption and foster care on the family system, and provides proven strategies for preparing the entire family. In addition, you will receive a training script, lesson plans, and handouts to guide you through the entire curriculum
